How are returns, for products other than cables, handled?

Please note that should you decide to return an item for refund, you MUST contact customer service and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (R/A) #. Returns received without an R/A # will result in refund delays, a 15% restocking fee and are subject to refusal. Credit will be issued only for product returned in original condition with all accessories and original box and packing. When a request is made to return a product under our 30-day money back guarantee, we will arrange for return shipping and we will refund you the purchase price for that product(s). Essentially, trying a product in your own home only costs the price of one way shipping!

Outlaw Audio, at it discretion, reserves the right to implement a 15% restocking fee; some examples include, but are not limited to: damage beyond reasonable wear and tear, smoking/odor related damage, and undeliverable shipments. In addition, refunds for refused or undeliverable shipments, will have the original cost of shipping deducted from the final refund.

*Exceptions to this policy:

• Returns from outside the contiguous U.S. will be shipped back to our designated warehouse at the customers expense, once received and inspected, the standard U.S. ground rate only will be refunded along with the original purchase price (any duties, taxes and brokerage fee paid will not be refunded).

• Free-Shipping Promotions. All purchases that qualify for a Free-Shipping Promotion will be refunded the purchase price less the cost of ground shipping. An Outlaw Customer Service Representative will provide you with a return shipping label(s) at no charge (contiguous U.S. only).

In order to receive a full refund of the product purchase price, the product must be returned in original condition, all packing materials and accessories must be included with the original product return. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns.
