In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Make sure to keep this ticket number, until the issue has been resolved, as it will be needed for future support.
In regards to creating a support ticket, the more specificity the better we will be able to assist you - both in terms of accuracy and expedience.
If you have bought the product from anywhere other than www.outlawaudio.com then you will need to register the product at www.outlawaudio.com/warranty
- A valid login is required to submit a support ticket. If you have not created a support account you will need to do so.
- The support system is different from the forum or your account for purchasing. Trying to login with your forum credentials, or purchase account credentials, will not work. You will need to create a separate account.
- When creating your account, you will receive an activation email. If you do not see this within 5 minutes, please make sure to check your spam folder. You will not be able to login without activating your account via this email.
